Whether just beginning or an experienced practitioner, all of our students enjoy my all-levels flow classes. There’s nothing we love more than converting a yoga skeptic or a shy newcomer who’s worried about looking weird in downward dog. We believe everyone looks amazing doing yoga.

Niyama Yogi Traveler offers mat yoga classes for offices, events, conferences, and for private instruction. We teach on-site or virtually, via video streaming (Zoom) with recording options.
