Service Description

In this class, practice yoga with an awareness of core strength and stability to enhance comfort in your yoga practice and in life. If we are practicing yoga postures correctly, especially standing poses, we are engaging, activating, and strengthening our core with no sucking, tucking, or gripping necessary.
